Children with sleeping problems
Mila is crying on the stairs at half past 11, waiting for mom to come upstairs. She woke up again and doesn't want to go back to sleep. Mila has found it difficult to fall asleep when it's time to go to bed since childhood and this also makes it more difficult to pay attention in class during the day.
Many children suffer from sleeping problems, about 15 to 30%. But what do you do about it? You cannot force your child to go to sleep. Here are a few tips that could help your child get a good night's sleep (and you too, of course).
Let your child move enough through a sport or let them play together with our animal friends from Little Monster! And make sure your child doesn't spend too long behind a screen, as this encourages the child to engage in another activity.
It is therefore best not to have any busy activities in the evening to really let your child relax. It can also help to create a quiet and pleasant place to sleep in the room. This can be done through a well-styled bedroom and by giving a friend for the night.
A friend for the night helps to make your child feel safe when he/she goes to sleep. The best buddies who keep an eye on you are Max the Monster and Gino the Dino . Max makes sure that he becomes friends with everyone, so that the child can sleep peacefully! Gino has such a long neck that he can keep a close eye on every corner of the room. So nothing to be afraid of!
Would you rather look for girlfriends with whom you can talk endlessly and your son or daughter will fall asleep exhausted? Then Fiona the Flamingo and Ellis the Unicorn are the perfect options!
Mila is a real diva and has recently become friends with Fiona the flamingo. Fiona's beautiful pink color makes her stand out in the crowd and Mila and Fiona steal the show everywhere they go. When Mila is sad, Fiona helps her to cheer up again. Fiona likes to take Mila on an adventure to dreamland. So, who will be your child's best friend?
